Important Announcement for Postgraduate Degree Holders from University of Anbar
The Presidency of the University of Anbar / Department of Postgraduate Studies calls upon all postgraduate graduates of the university who have not yet been appointed to visit the department during the period:
From Tuesday, July 8, 2025
Until Sunday, August 17, 2025
This is for the purpose of completing their personal data records.
Required Documents Upon Visit:

The university order of degree issuance + a copy of the barcode.

National ID (colored photocopy) of the degree holder.

National IDs of both parents (colored photocopies).

Death certificate of the father (if deceased – colored photocopy).

An active phone number on WhatsApp + personal email address
Must be printed clearly on a sheet of paper.
Important Note:
Graduates who have not yet obtained a National ID are urged to issue one as soon as possible due to its importance in activating new codes and updating existing ones, in accordance with the directives of the Federal Service Council, as stated in our previous announcement.
