Subject: International Scientific Participation

Professor Dr. Hadi Mishaan Rabee, a faculty member at the College of Political Science, participated in the activities of the international scientific symposium entitled “Women and Empowerment Issues: Interdisciplinary Studies,” organized by the Center for Territorial Development Studies – Ibn Tofail University in the Kingdom of Morocco, held on April 30 and May 1, 2026.

This participation comes within the framework of academic openness and scientific communication with Arab and international universities and research centers. The symposium addressed multiple themes related to women’s empowerment from various knowledge perspectives, adopting interdisciplinary approaches that integrate political, social, economic, and legal sciences.

The professor contributed to enriching the scientific discussions through his active participation, presenting academic insights that shed light on the dimensions of women’s empowerment and the challenges they face in contemporary societies, in addition to reviewing a number of comparative experiences in this field.

This participation reflects the distinguished scientific presence of the college’s faculty members in international forums and their commitment to exchanging academic expertise and enhancing the institution’s standing at both regional and international levels, thereby contributing to the development of scientific research and the service of societal issues.
