participated in the International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Sustainability and Intelligent Systems (ICETSIS 2026), organized by Arizona State University in cooperation with Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the period 6–7 May 2026.
The participation was through a research paper entitled:
“E-Learning and Its Role in Building Cross-Border Capacities in the Era of Global Governance”
The conference witnessed wide participation from researchers and academics representing various international universities and scientific institutions. It included more than 50 parallel scientific sessions discussing the latest studies and research in the fields of artificial intelligence, financial technology, cybersecurity, sustainable engineering, as well as applications of intelligent technologies in supporting sustainability and developing institutional systems.
This scientific participation reflects the University of Anbar and the College of Political Science’s commitment to supporting scientific research and strengthening international academic presence, contributing to the development of political and technological studies and keeping pace with modern digital transformations.
