Important Announcement to the Top Three Graduates of the Departments in the Colleges of the University of Anbar for the Academic Years (2022/2023) and (2023/2024)

Greetings...

In line with the University of Anbar’s commitment to supporting its graduates and enabling them to secure employment opportunities, and in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Federal Public Service Council, we would like to inform you of the following:

First: Below is a list of the top graduates from each department for the academic years (2022–2023) and (2023–2024) for both morning and evening studies:

1. Top graduates from each department for the academic year (2022–2023) – Morning Studies

2. Top graduates from each department for the academic year (2022–2023) – Evening Studies

3. Top graduates from each department for the academic year (2023–2024) – Morning Studies

4. Top graduates from each department for the academic year (2023–2024) – Evening Studies

Second: All top three graduates from the departments of the university listed above must urgently complete the procedures for obtaining the Unified National ID, as it is a fundamental requirement for applying to jobs through the "Top Graduates" employment channel of the Federal Public Service Council.

Third: Students who need to update or correct their personal information, such as (full name) or (mother’s name), must access the following link and submit the correct information, attaching a copy of the Unified National ID for both the graduate and the mother. Graduates with no data issues do not need to submit anything.

Fourth: We stress the importance of adhering to the specified deadlines. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Fifth: You will be informed later about the dates for receiving the appointment codes once the code generation system is launched by the relevant authorities.
