Field Visit to Assess the Academic Environment at the College of Political Science – University of Tikrit

On the morning of Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Mohammed, in his capacity as the Head of the Academic Evaluation Committee, accompanied by committee member Prof. Dr. Hadi Misha’an Rabee, visited the College of Political Science at the University of Tikrit. The visit was part of the committee's field tours to evaluate the academic environment in peer colleges.

They were received by the Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Tikrit along with a number of faculty members and administrative staff. During the visit, the committee reviewed the infrastructure, curricula, development plans, and the educational environment within the college. Discussions were also held on ways to enhance the quality of higher education in the field of political science.

This visit comes as part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's efforts to raise academic standards, monitor institutional performance, and ensure quality in Iraqi universities.
