Field Visit to Assess the Academic Environment at the College of Political Science – University of Tikrit

On the morning of Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Anbar, Professor Dr. Ahmed Ali Mohammed, in his capacity as Chairman of the Academic Environment Evaluation Committee, accompanied by committee member Professor Dr. Hadi Misha’an Rabea, conducted a field visit to the College of Political Science at the University of Tikrit. This visit comes as part of the committee’s ongoing field tours aimed at assessing the academic conditions in counterpart colleges.

They were received by the Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Tikrit, along with a number of faculty members and administrative staff. During the visit, the committee reviewed the infrastructure, academic curricula, development plans, and the educational environment within the college. Views were also exchanged regarding ways to enhance the quality of higher education in the field of political science.

This visit is part of the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to advance the academic level, monitor institutional performance, and ensure quality across Iraqi universities.
