Announcement to Postgraduate Applicants

Based on the directive of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development, the Department of Postgraduate Studies at the Presidency of the University of Anbar announces the opening of the transfer process to the Privileges Channel for applicants to the General Admission Channel and the Self-Financed Channel (successful reserve applicants). The transfer period will be from Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. until Monday, August 18, 2025.

The transfer process will be conducted electronically through the applicant’s account on the University of Anbar admission website:
   https://uoa-post.com

 Admission will be based on the highest competitive grade, according to the number of available seats, and under the Self-Financed Channel.
 After completing the transfer request, applicants must print the application receipt and keep it.
 To cancel the transfer request, the applicant must visit the University Presidency and submit a written request.
