Announcement to Postgraduate Students – College of Political Science

The College of Political Science / University of Anbar, and based on the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development, No. (B T5/8422 on 31/7/2025), announces the opening of the transfer (rotation) process from the General Admission and Parallel (Self-Financed) Channels (for critical scores 45–49) to the vacant seats in the Privileges Channel, for the period from:

Wednesday, 20/8/2025, at 8:00 a.m.
Until Saturday, 23/8/2025

 Applications are to be submitted electronically through the University of Anbar admission website:
https://uoa-post.com

 Admission will be according to the highest scores in the competition and within the available seats.
 After completing the transfer application, the applicant must print the application receipt and keep it.
 If the applicant wishes to cancel the request, they must visit the University Presidency to submit a written request.
