With reference to the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development / Department of Graduate Studies No. (B T5/10051 on 14/9/2025), the University of Anbar announces the reopening of the transfer process (rotation) between universities for the purpose of filling vacant seats for applicants who have passed the competitive examination, as well as those covered by remedial grades, in accordance with the transfer mechanism previously circulated under our letter No. (D.A/2324 on 21/8/2025) and the attached undertakings.

Application Period:
From Monday, September 15, 2025 until the end of the official working hours on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

 Applicants wishing to transfer to our university are kindly requested to provide their data using the Excel template sent with our aforementioned letter, no later than the end of the official working hours on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
