Urgent and Important Notice

With reference to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the completion of student registration in the Student Information System (SIS),
the College of Political Science – University of Anbar urges all students who have not yet received their registration codes to visit their respective academic departments to obtain the codes and promptly complete the registration procedures in the mentioned system, in addition to paying the prescribed fee of (66,000 IQD). This amount covers the following services:

? Issuance of the Student ID (which also serves as a MasterCard).
? Issuance of Continuation Certificates.
? Issuance of Graduation Certificates.
? Issuance of Enrollment Certificates.
? Issuance of certifications to ministries inside Iraq, as well as cultural attachés and embassies abroad.
? Academic Transcript.
? Issuance of temporary and final graduation documents.
? Updating personal data.
? Follow-up of academic status (failure, promotion, postponement, dismissal, re-enrollment).
? Electronic services and data updates.
And other essential services related to the student’s academic and administrative record.

???? Therefore, we emphasize the necessity for all students to complete the registration process in the system as required by the Ministry’s directives.
